Directions

Cell service can be limited in the mountains. We recommend downloading the area maps before leaving town.

Parking

Free on site parking. Take the drive way all the way in and to the right, toward the camp store (gray building). There you will find wagons to use to unload your vehicle. Someone will come out to greet you, get you checked in and tell you where to park after you unload.

Dome

Your dome includes:

  • Comfortable bed with linens
  • Climate control
  • Indoor seating area
  • Outdoor fire pit and seating area
  • Access to shared amenities
  • Wood-fired hot tub (where applicable)

Campfire Guidelines

One of the best parts of the Gray Fox experience is relaxing by the fire.
Firewood is available for purchase in the Gray Fox camp store or feel free to bring your own.
Please follow these guidelines:

  • Only use designated fire pits
  • Never leave fires unattended
  • Fully extinguish fires when finished
  • Follow any seasonal burn restrictions


Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Wildlife & Nature

Gray Fox is located in a natural mountain environment.
You may see:

  • other native wildlife


Please respect wildlife and do not leave food outside.

Groceries & Supplies

The nearest grocery stores are located in Robbinsville, but your options are limited to Ingles, Dollar General and Family Dollar.
We recommend stocking up before arriving in the evening since mountain towns close earlier than cities.
